Clip art is a great way to add flair to your newsletters, flyers, brochures and website. You can download the entire collection, individual galleries, or chose individual images.
Members of the Girl Guides of Canada-Guides du Canada may copy the clip art electronically or from hard copies as long as it is for non-profit use within Guiding or for promotional purposes.
The ideal file format depends on how you plan to use the image.
JPEG and GIF images: These formats can both be used on the Internet. To download, click on the JPEG/GIF link or the thumbnail picture to see a full-sized version. Then right click on image and use the "Save Picture As" command to save a copy of the image on your system.
TIFF images: This is your best choice for print documents. To download, click on the TIFF link. You will be asked if you want to open the file or save it to disk. Save the image on your computer (make sure to note where the image is saved so you can retrieve it later!), or you can open it first and then save it after viewing.
Clip Art Galleries:
Make sure you take a look around all of the galleries, especially if you are having trouble finding what you're looking for. There are many images which could fit into multiple categories.
