The forms retention guidelines are now complete and have been presented in consultation to the provinces and territories. The provinces/territories are working with national on the considerable task of creating unique implementation plans. As these plans are completed they will be posted on the each provincial/territorial web site. Once all of the provinces/territories have completed this part of the project the forms retention guidelines will be posted on the national site.

For all nationally-sponsored trips, please use the forms in the first section below (STG, STA and STS). These forms replace the NT forms, which will no longer be used for nationally-sponsored trips from summer 2009 onwards.

If you are applying for a provincially-sponsored trip, please check with your international adviser to find out which forms they are using. Some provinces will be continuing to use the NT forms for their 2009 trips.
